The 28-year old stunner has been selected to promote the lingerie brand’s iconic treasury fantasy bra this year.
The piece she'll wear in the show, which airs on the CBS network November 29, was designed by London Jewellers and took workers 500 hours to stitch the 3,400 gems.
The bra, which has a tassel of white and yellow diamonds, is intended to invoke 'the movement, rich colours and treasures of the sea,' according to the retail chain.
Kerr has accepted the honour of top Victoria's Secret Angel this year.
Other VS models who have worn the bejewelled creations include: Gisele Bündchen, Tyra Banks, Karolina Kurkova and Adriana Lima.
'It's such an honour to wear the bra!' the brunette beauty told People magazine. 'And it's such a piece of artwork! It's absolutely stunning - it kind of feels a little mermaid-like - but I can't believe I'm wearing $2.5 million on my chest.' The supermodel, who was mostly recently snapped topless by her own husband, Orlando Bloom, for Rag & Bone's self-shot campaign, also revealed how she intends to keep herself in shape for her ultimate runway moment.
